Performance Evaluation and Test

The following product quality control system are being currently fulfilled in sourcing and manufacturing:

- Fabric quality daily inspection

- Color matching test under indicated light source by engineers and CAD date analysis.

 - Product’s physical performance test in-house or by international laboratory such as ITS, SGS, MTL.
(Dimensional stability/Color fastness / Weight / Strength/ Anti-pilling/Flammability/ Fiber content etc)

- Product’s chemical performance test in-house or by international laboratory such as ITS, SGS, MTL.
(Azo-free/ Free formaldehyde/ Heavy metals/ Pesticides etc)
